Shipping Policy

At Julia’s Treasures, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and made to order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us through the Contact section of our website, or email ana@juliastreasuresstore.com, prior to purchasing or as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate expedited processing requests whenever possible.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free economy shipping within the United States. Select economy shipping during checkout. 

Shipping Options

Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Faster shipping options are also available at checkout. Shipping upgrade pricing is automatically calculated based on the shipping carrier, delivery speed, package size, and destination location.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Finished Product Photos

Upon request, we are happy to send photos of finished arrangements prior to shipment.

All custom orders automatically receive finished product photos for approval before shipping.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Julia’s Treasures Store is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen — all circumstances which are beyond our control.

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the package. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If you suspect mail theft, you may obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
