Returns

We gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items in unused condition and original packaging.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges for eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs incurred by Julia's Treasures to ship the order to the customer. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
